FAQs

Where is the event being held?

Beat Bunker will be held near Bodiam, East Sussex. The exact address and directions will be provided to all ticket holders.

When can I arrive?

Gates open at 10am on Friday, so feel free to arrive early to set up and get settled in. For security reasons, the entrance will close at 9pm on Friday and 5pm on Saturday — no entry will be allowed outside of these hours. The site is private, with a single gated entrance that will be locked overnight, with a team of stewards on-site to ensure your safety.

What time does the music start/finish?

Music kicks off at midday on Friday and goes through to 11pm. On Saturday, the tunes start at 11am and continue until 11pm.

Can I park on site?

Yes, you can drive up to your tent to unload and then move your car to the nearby dedicated parking area.

Can I bring my children or dogs?

No, this is an adult-only event, so children and dogs are not permitted on site. For safety & insurance reasons, only attendees aged 18 and over are allowed.

Are there showers and toilets on site?

Yes, we have some eco-friendly showers — they're on the rustic tip but they do the job!

There are also toilet blocks equipped with loo roll and hand washing facilities. Please keep them clean out of respect for your fellow campers.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

You are welcome to bring your own food & drink for the weekend. There will also be a reasonably-priced bar serving draft & canned beer & cider, sprits & mixers, wine & Prosecco, cocktails, and soft drinks.

‍

Will I be able to buy food?

Yes, we'll have a food van serving up freshly-cooked food and some simple breakfast options (and tea/coffee). There is also a supermarket nearby should you need anything else.

‍

Can I bring a campervan or caravan?

Yes, although we do not have electric hook-up or waste disposal facilities.

Are there electric hookups?

No, but there will be some charging points available to keep your devices topped-up.

‍

Can I have a barbecue or campfire?

Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own barbecue. If you’d rather not bother, food will be available on-site. However, no open fires or personal fire pits are allowed. We do have dedicated firepits where you can gather and relax in the evening.

Where is the nearest train station?

The nearest train station is Robertsbridge. It’s about a 10-minute taxi ride to the site—walking is not recommended.

What should I wear?

Anything goes! But remember, it’s an outdoor event. Comfortable shoes like trainers or boots are ideal, and bring layers—daytime might be warm, but it can get chilly at night. A waterproof jacket is also a good idea, just in case.

The Saturday night theme this year is TBC – once announced, feel free to interpret it how you want and dress to suit!

When do I need to be off site by?

You will need to be off-site by 4pm on Sunday. If the weather's good, you can chill in the sunshine on Sunday daytime so that you can make the most of the day before you leave.
