Lisa leads a gentle morning session to help you move, breathe, and ease into the day. It’s open to everyone. Come as you are.

Sound Healing with Kate

Kate follows with a sound bath using gongs and bowls to create deep, grounding tones. You just lie down and let the sound do its thing. It’s a good way to reset before the music takes over.
